A return request will be considered only if:
- The product or gift package has a manufacturing defect or quality issue
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The product has not been consumed, tampered with, or damaged after delivery
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return request, the customer must:

- Clearly mention the order number
- Provide clear photographic or video proof of the faulty product or packaging
- Share a brief description of the issue
Return requests without valid proof or raised after the allowed timeframe may not be
accepted.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
- All return shipping and courier expenses must be borne by the customer
- The customer is responsible for safely packaging and dispatching the faulty product
- SFB Cookies will not be liable for damage during return transit
5. Inspection & Approval
Once the faulty product is received:
- Our quality team will inspect the product
- Approval or rejection of the return will be communicated via email
- SFB Cookies reserves the right to reject the return if the issue does not qualify as a
manufacturing fault
6. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the faulty
product
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used during checkout
- Any applicable shipping or handling charges are non-refundable
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable food items once opened or consumed
- Customized or special-occasion products
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
